Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 8 servings of decarboxylated ground cannabis
- 6 large basil leaves
- 4 small portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 large tomato
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/3 cup goat cheese
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Whisk the eggs in a large glass mixing bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped onion, garlic, tomato slices, portabella mushrooms, ground cannabis, olive oil, and spinach.
- Fold in this mixture with a whisk until well combined.
- Pour into a seasoned cast iron skillet or skillet greased with olive oil.
- Spread the goat cheese over the egg mixture and sprinkle with 6 basil leaves.
- Bake 35 minutes, uncovered, at 350°F.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup tapioca starch/flour
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 teaspoons coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons cannabinoid-enriched coconut oil, melted
Directions:
- In a measuring cup, mix almond milk and apple cider vinegar.
- Turn on the waffle maker and preheat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder.
- Combine the dry Ingredients: with the combination of almond milk and apple cider vinegar, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and melted coconut oil. Stir continuously until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared waffle iron and bake until golden.
- Drizzle with pure maple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened milk
- 1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
- Pinch of cinnamon

- 1 dropper full of 500 mg cannabis oil

- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan (except cannabis oil).
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring regularly to avoid lumps.
- Remove the pan from the stove and add the cannabis oil.

- 25g hemp flour

- 1/4 cup microgreens or sprouts
- 1/4 teaspoon hemp-infused coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt for garnish
- 1 organic egg
Directions:
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
- In a small bowl or casserole dish, crack an egg.
- Using a spoon, vigorously stir the water in the pan to create a whirlpool, then carefully place the egg in the center of the pan.
- Cook for about 5 minutes, until the whites, are set but the yolks are still soft and runny.
- Carefully remove the poached egg from the water and place it on a plate.
- Toast the bread in a toaster oven or heavy skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
- Take the avocado and mash it with the lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Spread the pureed avocado generously on the bread, then drizzle with coconut oil.
- Sprinkle chili flakes and flaky sea salt over the avocado.
- Finally, carefully place the poached egg on the toasted bread and garnish it with microgreens or sprouts.

- ⅓cup of organic cane sugar

- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

- Whisk together the milk, egg, and butter in a small bowl.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Whisk milk mixture until all Ingredients: are combined but the batter is still a lumpy consistency.
- Preheat your pan over medium-high heat for 60 to 90 seconds.
- Spray the pan with cooking spray and pour about 1/4 cup of batter into each pancake.
- Bake an additional 2 minutes or until the top is bubbly and the edges are set.
- Turn the pancake carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup and toppings.
