Makes: 10-12 Canna Chocolate Truffles

INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup CannaButter softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Dash almond extract
- Dash vanilla extract
- 24 whole almonds, toasted
- 1cup unsweetened shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place all of the prepared ingredients in a mixing bowl, except the whole almonds and coconut, and stir gently until the mixture is smooth.
- Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls between your palms.
- Roll the balls in the coconut and almonds and refrigerate to let it firm up.
