Ingredients:
- 2 fresh peaches, halved and stoned
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cannabis oil
Directions:
- Set the grill to medium heat. Place the sliced side of the peach on the grill.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until the fruit softens and grill marks appear.
- Place the peach back on the grill, bottom side up.
- Grill for another three to four minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, honey, and cannabis oil. Stir until all Ingredients: are fully combined.
- Similarly, divide the ricotta mixture into four parts. Pour the ricotta mixture over each peach half.
- Serve each serving with chopped basil.

- In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, apricots, honey, ice cubes, and pomegranate juice.

- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 cups cashews, soaked for 12 hours, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice at room temperature
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 8 drops of cannabis oil – blueberry flavor
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Line a 9-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
- Combine the crust ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
- Press the crust mixture onto the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
- Glaze the crust and put it in the freezer.
- Blend all the Ingredients: for the filling in a blender until smooth.
- Remove the frozen crust from the freezer and place it on a baking sheet. Pour the cheesecake filling on top.
- Freeze the cheesecake 30 minutes before serving.

- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk or plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
glaze:
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1-2 teaspoons milk or plant-based milk
- 1 drop of cannabis oil – vanilla flavor
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- pinch of salt

- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat to a minimum and let the mixture simmer for a minute once it begins to boil.
- Remove the pot from the stove and add the oatmeal.
- Mix cannabis oil.
- Scoop the mixture in heaping tablespoons onto the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

- Line two cake pans with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In another mixing bowl, beat melted chocolate chips, margarine, sugar, and vanilla with an electric hand mixer until well combined.

- Drop small balls of dough, about the size of a large marble, 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Using the back of a tablespoon, lightly oil each cookie and press gently and evenly until flat.

- 6 to 8 medium Granny Smith apples
- 2 pounds of honey caramels
- 4 teaspoons of water
- ¼ cup cannabis-infused tincture
Directions:
- Turn the apples over and poke them in the middle of the base with the wooden stick.
- In a small glass bowl, add the batch of honey caramels.
- Combine water and tincture in a mixing bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Mix well.
- Place the bowl on a heat-resistant surface. Place a silicone cooking surface next to the bowl. Tilt the bowl so the caramel is thicker on one side and thinner on the other.
- Dip the apples one at a time into the caramel.
- Flip the apple by the stick and gently swirl to cool the caramel so it doesn’t drip when you set it down.
- Place the finished apples on parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Leave to cool completely.
